IMPHAL, Nov 10 : Minister of Railways Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu will lay the foundation stones of station building at Tupul, safety tunnel of Tunnel No 12 on November 12. The Minister will also formally start the construction work at Portal No 2 on the same day.
