IMPHAL, Aug 4 : A team of Manipur State Commission for Women (MSCW) led by its chairperson Dr K Sobita Devi visited Raj Medicity, North AOC yesterday to meet a minor girl suspected to have been raped with the rapist attempting to kill at Viewland Colony, Senapati district on August 1 at around 5 pm.
She was accompanied by members of the commission, S Neelima Devi, Ranjita Golmei, Dr Farida Shah and support staff A Dinesh Singh.
The team met Dinesh Ksh, Assistant General Managers of the hospital and Sandeep Ksh.
The two hospital staff said that the victim was admitted to the hospital on August 2 under unconscious state.
They said that medical examination of the victim was done at RIMS Forensic Department.
Doctors at the hospital said that there is little improvement in her condition but she is being observed under intensive care.
