IMPHAL, Sep 9: Biramangol College thrashed Manipur University by a margin of six goals to nil in the opening match of the A Borchand Singh Memorial MU Inter-College football (W) tournament held at MU Sports complex today. The goals for Biramangol College were scored by Th Gitarani (20′), S Sanatombi (27′), L Anita (36′), Th Gitarani (42′), N Barkeina (45′) and K Anita (55′). In another match, Ng College drubbed W Mani Girls’ College 10-0. Dangmei Grace scored six, L Asharani hit a treble and Th Keinakumari scored one in Ng College’s 10-0 win over W Mani Girls’ College.
