Pay from Oct 16

IMPHAL, Oct 10: Pay and allowances of all Govt employees including gazetted officers for the month of October 2017 would be drawn and disbursed with effect from October 16 in view of the ensuing Ningol Chakkouba falling on Oct 21, according to an order issued by Principal Secretary (Finance).
The order however does not cover those adhoc/substitute/officiating/contract/casual/MR appointments made in violation of DP/Finance Dept’s instruction and guidelines, it added.
