IMPHAL, Aug 31: The ‘New India Manthan Sankalp se Siddhi’ to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of Quit India Movement, was organised from August 16 to August 30, at 132/ 33 kV Powergrid, Imphal Sub-Division, Yurembam.
A press release issued by the Assistant General Manager of Powergrid, Imphal, stated that on the opening ceremony, a pledge among the employees was administered by the Deputy General Manager, MSK Singh, on the theme ‘To free India from poverty, dirt, corruption, terrorism, casteism, communalism and to create a new India by 2022’.
