IMPHAL, Nov 2: The Rongmei Naga Council, Manipur(RNCM) has issued a statement expressing shock and condemning the abduction and assault of Kanpatlung Pamei, general secy of Rongmei Naga Youth Organizaiton(AMN)-RNYO by volunteers of Zeliangrong Youth Front(ZYF) and Zeliangrong Students Union -AZSU led by Titus Kamei, Shangru Gangmei and Joy in the night of Oct 15.
