THOUBAL, Jul 27: Youth Association Leishangthem has urged the State Government to take up necessary steps to ease the hardships and suffering of the people of Thoubal Leishangthem Khong Manung area who have been taking refuge in relief camps and other shelters for around one month due to the flood which ravaged the State.
