IMPHAL, Jun 28: A tree plantation drive was organised with youth of K Tuikwan Youth Club by personnel of Kangchup Post of Noney Battalion. About 200 tree saplings were planted in and around camp area under Kangchup Post as a part of extensive plantation drive. The aim of the drive is to educate troops and the students in regards of the positive effects of afforestation which lead to a clean and healthy environment , said a statement issued by PIB, Defence, Imphal.
