IMPHAL, Jun 16:Claiming that 65 villages under Tousem Block have been deprived of PDS rice under NFSA and proper electricity by the new State Government, Village Authority Chairmen Council (VACC), Tousem sub-division has warned of launching agitation in case the Government does not bring notable changes in the villages within this month.
