IMPHAL, Oct 11: Under Manipur State Legal Services Authority, Okeshwar-Honeshwar Trust, Langmeidong and Elangbam Tondonbi Singh Memorial Charitable Trust, Hiyanglam Awang Leikai jointly observed the World Mental Health Day at Dam Manak Oinam Sawombung LP School, Imphal West today. The occasion was attended by social worker Md Yas as chief guest; secretary of Elangbam Tondonbi Singh Memorial Charitable Trust, W Amusana as president and and social worker W Ibomcha as guest of honour.
