MLA and Deputy Chairman, State Planning Board, S Rajen Singh, Officer in-charge, Mission for Integrated Development Horticulture (MIDH), Department of Horticulture and Soil Conservation, K Jogeschandra Sharma and Joint Director, ICAR Manipuar Centre, Dr I Meghachandra Singh also attended the programme as presidium members while Dr T Basanta Singh and Kh Hera Singh spoke as resource persons.
