IMPHAL, Dec 1: The Mahud department has urged resident of Shikhong Sekmai Nagar Panchayat, Thoubal, to submit any objection if any in writing to the deputy commissioner, Thoubl district, with regards to the upgradation of the Panchayat to Municipl council status, within 45 days from the date of publication of this notification.
