IMPHAL, Dec 16: Prof Nachane Dilip Madhukar has been appointed as the second Chancellor of Manipur University for a period of five years with effect from November 4, 2011.
Prof Nachane is currently a Professor Emeritus in Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai. He was the Professor of Quantitative Economics, Director, Department of Economics of the University of Mumbai and Director of Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research.
