Niki Namoijam of Keishamthong Top Leirak who took part in the Manipuri Classical solo dance in the 17th national youth festival 2012 held at Mangalore, Karnataka from January 12 to 16 bagged gold medal.
She staged Krishna Natan. The award carries one merit certificate and Rs. 10 thousand in cash.
The youths club, Keishamthong Top Leirak lauded her as she bagged the prestigious award.
Niki Namoijam who is a student of Class XI of Ibotonsana Girls Higher Secondary School is at present studying in diploma first year in JN Dance Akademi, Imphal.
