Medical team of 22 GRENADIERS of 26 Sector under HQ IGAR(South) organized a Medical Checkup Camp cum lecture for school children on 06 Feb 12 at Moltuk and Molcham villages. The camps were conducted by the Medical officers and paramedical staff unit ,wherein they gave lecture on importance of health of children. They also carried out medical checkup of the school children as well as other villagers during the camp. .
23 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector under HQ IGAR(South provided assistance to the villagers of Shangshak Phunghon village for participating in “Singing Competition” being held at Ukhrul District of Manipur. 22 villages of Ukhrul District are participating in the “Singing Competition”.
27 Assam Rifles of 9 Sector under HQ IGAR (S) donated two computers with printers to the children of Kapaar Kachoung Orphanage, Kakching Lamkhai under the Assam Rifles Military Civic Action Project 2011-12. The IT equipment was donated by of the Battalion on 10 Feb 2012.
