CCPurt, Feb 13 : Refuting the implication of Khuptong Doukhum as an overground workers of some UG groups in the news items which has appeared under the caption ” Two overground workers of KYKL arrested ” in several Imphal based newspapers on
the January 29, the Churachandpur District Students` Union , CDSU, issued a note of clarification today stating the man in question out of the two allegedly arrested by personnels of the 38th AR on January 26 last at Sinzawl village was based on false information.
