IMPHAL, May 15: Khungbongmayum Nando alias Narayan, 36, son of Kh Kheda, who was reportedly arrested by a combined team of Assam Rifles and Manipur police commandos from Nongada Thongkhong on May 13 last, has no any connection with RPF/PLA, the banned outfit claimed in a press clarification signed by its chief of department of publicity, Taohangsu Huiremcha on Wednesday.
