Imphal, Oct 13 : The Public information Officer (S.P.I.O)/ Director, Planning Department, Government of Manipur was requested to provide information under section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 by Kambam Seityajit about the amounts of funds received by the State Government under the Special Development Fund (SDF) during the period from 2002 to 2012.
Details of district-wise programmes taken up during the said period under the Special Development Fund (SDF), programme-wise allocated fund , Utilization Certificates were also demande3d.
It was enquired about the present financial status of the said funds.
What are the amounts of funds received by the State Government under the Special Plan Assistance (SPA) during the period from 2002 to 2012 it was asked.
Details of district-wise programmes , programme-wise allocated fund , utilization certificates were also demanded.
Similar details of Additional Central Assistance (ACA) during the period from 2002 to 2012 were also demanded. Reason for the overdraft was enquired, report of the budget utilization for the period from 2002 to 2012 , norms/procedure as a state Liaison Department in connection with the NGOs. were also asked.
