Aizawl: Today the Mizoram Chakma Development Forum (MCDF) wished the people of Mizoram a very happy Christmas and prosperous New Year.
“Christmas is an occasion to celebrate peace, harmony and human values. MCDF hopes that the year 2013 will bring more peace and development to the state of Mizoram and its people. The outgoing year (2012) has seen many misunderstandings among ethnic communities in the state of Mizoram. We hope that the people of Mizoram will unitedly work towards a better Mizoram through greater understanding, coordination, and love & respect amongst themselves in 2013” – a statement released by the MCDF said.
