The Kuki Inpi, Saikul Area president also said that the common slogan of the chief minister is ‘hill-valley are one’ but the Saikul Area is never to be compared with the valley roads.
KSO), Saikul Area president Thangjalun Mate said the road from Saikul to Imphal is too dusty to be used during the dry season and too slashy and muddy during the raining season.
