IMPHAL, Feb 3: The Sahitya Thoupang Lup has notified in a statement that the “Sui Generis Mother Language Award” for this year will be presented to All Manipur Students’ Union (AMSU) and the individual award will be presented to Leihaothabam Saratchandra Sharma.

The awards will be presented during the Mother’s day function to be held on February 21 at JN Manipur Dance Academy hall. The award carries a cash prize of Rs 5 thousand and a citation.
