IMPHAL, Apr 24: The Manipur Electricity Employees’ Union held a condolence meeting today at the conference hall of the Union on the death of former Chief Engineer RK Tikendra Singh on April 18, informed a press statement of the union. It also said a two minute silence was observed during the meeting.
