Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh today filed his nomination papers at Assam Assembly seeking a fifth consecutive term in the Rajya Sabha from Assam .
He reiterated his pledge to work for accelerated development of his ‘adopted home state’ Assam and eliminate all problems within thnext 10 years.
Her expressed his gratitude to the people for the state for electing him to the Rajya Sabha for nearly 25 years now.
