12 year-old drowns at Kanglapat
KanglaOnline The dead body of the unidentified boy was fished out around 11am about 30 minutes after he was first noticed drowning. The boy was rushed to JNIMS in a Manipur Fire Service Ambulance, but was declared brought dead by the doctors at the hospital. Union appeals for repairing road |
