IMPHAL, July 10: The Manipur Loumee Marup has today issued a press release that its president Thangjam Tarpon met with the Agriculture Minister Md Nasir and submitted a written memorandum urging the minister to make available fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides etc at cheaper rates in the market.
The press release further said that the cost of agri farming is too high in comparison with the cost of the products while further urging the minister to take responsibility on the sale of fertilizer at high costs.
