IMPHAL, July 16: The one Athokpam Geeri, 41, son of (L) A Manjor of Wangkhei Ningthem Pukhri Mapal Mamang Leikai Part-B who was apprehended by the Thoubal District Cdo on charges of recruiting two boys on July 15 at around 2 pm at Pallel Bazaar along with the two boys is not related to RPF and its armed wing PLA, said a press clarification of the outfit.
