IMPHAL, October 17: A live Chinese hand grenade was recovered from Leirongthel stone quarry Yairipok police station under Thoubal district 6.30 am today.
Police speculated that the bomb threat could be related to monetary demand as similar incident had taken place earlier. The bomb was later safely retrieved by the police.
