IMPHAL, May 25: Convener of Human Rights Cell, BJP Manipur P Saratchandra extended financial assistance to the family of Soibam (O) Lata, affected by flood at Heingang Makha Leikai.
Saratchandra was accompanied by BJP Heingang Mandal president Chingakham Iboyaima and general secretary (organisation) Mangsatabam Lalitchandra.
