Women vendors of Kwakeithel bazar have temporarily suspended its stir of blocking Tiddim road following an apology from the police. The womenfolk blocked the road in protest against firing mock bombs at women vendors by the police. It is said that the police have tendered an apology to the women vendors regarding the incident.
