Ravi who called Isak Swu a remarkable statesman said that they were close to the final goal had it not been for the sudden critical illness of Swu when it was halted. Upon Swu’s im-provement the framework agreement was signed last year, said Ravi to the Naga commu-nity who gathered at Nagaland house.
