IMPHAL, Jul 30: Acting on a reliable information, a team of Imphal West district police commandos conducted a search operation in and around Lukram Leirak and Sangaiprou area and arrested one vehicle lifter namely Gelio Khuman (19) s/o Romeo of Ningthoukhong Kha Khunou a/p Paite Veng, Imphal West at around 10.30 am on July 28.
