Imphal, Jul 31 : The 7th Imphal West District Shooting Competition, organised by the Imphal West District Rifle Association (IWDRA), concluded today at Shooting Range, Khuman Lampak Sports Complex. The closing ceremony was attended by Commerce and Industries Minister Govindas Konthoujam, MRA and Manipur Olympic Association president Minister I Hemochandra Singh and Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister M Okendro as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
