Thoubal: National Programme for Control of Blindness (NPCB), Thoubal under the aegis of National Health Mission, Thoubal has observed the 17th Sight Day at Scholar English School, Irengband, reports our correspondent.
The programme was held under the theme “Prevention and control of the emerging eye disease” and was graced by Scholar English School Headmaster Konthoujam Biren Singh, NPCB, Thoubal Nodal Officer and District TB Officer Dr Ksh Memcha Devi and Irengband Gram Panchayat Up-Pradhan L Ibomcha Singh as presidium members.
