Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur observed World Red Cross day under the theme ‘Everywhere for Everyone’ at the premises of Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch, MG Avenue today.
Aside from paying floral tributes to the photo of World Red Cross Society founder Jean Henry Dunant, a voluntary blood donation camp, a painting competition and an ex tempore speech were also organised as a part of the event. Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch Management Committee chairman, RK Nimai Singh, Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch general secretary Dr Y Mohen Singh and paediatrician, Professor Chourjit attended the event as the presidium members.
