Thoubal: Numerous mosquito nets were disinfected at three localities of Heirok part I, to combat and prevent any vector borne and water borne diseases, by PSWYC, Heirok part I and ASHA supervisor, CHC Heirok M Usharani under the supervision of District Malaria Officer, Thoubal.
More than 1,200 mosquito nets were sensitised at Mamang Leikai, Heirok part I, Heitupokpi Leikai and Heitupokpi Jugol waiting shed.
Heirok Higher Secondary School former Principal M Rajmohon, social workers namely N Rajmani and L Khamba assisted in making the initiative a successful one.
