A team of special commando unit, Khabeisoi led by its OC Subedar L Bebekananda Singh arrested a vehicle lifter and recovered stolen vehicles along with tools used in modification of vehicles from Kongba on Tuesday, The arrested vehicle lifter has been identified as Laishram Ibungo Singh 27 son of Jiten of Kongba Ucheckon Source Chronicle News Service
