Tamenglong, May 19: Around 20 houses and Rhema Public Academy School have been damaged by flood waters overflowing from a breached portion of a retaining wall constructed along tunnel numbers 21 and 22 of the Jiribam-Tupul railway line near Lukhambi Bazaar.
