Referring to a news item published on October 1 regarding construction of Imphal-Kangchup-Tamenglong Road, EAP, PWD Manipur Project Director Y Joykumar has clarified that land required for construction of the road would be purchased directly from land owners only between Naoremthong and Kangchup Chingkhong.
