IMPHAL, Nov 25 : The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has cleared four projects for the North Eastern region of the country (112.88 km, at a total cost of Rs 1173.98 crore). While two of these projects are in Manipur, one each is in Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh.
