IMPHAL, Feb 15: The February issue of Ipak was launched today at the office of Patriotic Writers Forum, Keishampat this morning. Speaking at the function, chief guest Dr Chongtham Jamini said the premature closing down of scores of Manipuri journals is an unfortunate phenomenon and stressed on the need to revive the journals.
