Sahidur’s report found positive

President of Pangal Student’s Organisation (PSO), Md. Ajidur Rahaman said the issue of principal-in-charge, Md. Sahidur Rhaman of Lilong Haoreibi College have found with a positive result against Sahidur during a press meet held today at Manipur Students Federation (MSF) head office, Ngasi Rastralipi High School, Keishamthong Top Leirak.

Speaking to media persons, Ajidur said the result was found when a team of representatives from MSF, PSO, All Muslim Student Organisation and Muslim Students’ Union of Manipur investigated on the matter.

According to the fact finding report, Ajidur said Sahidur had misused a huge amount of Rs. 92,04,815 of college fund which was published in media recently. When the team investigated on the matter it was found that Sahidur had transferred a sum of six lakhs from his account bearing account number 9004011002546 to his wife Fulwar Begum bearing account number 9004012055448 of the same bank which is Manipur Rural Bank, Lilong Branch on December 13, he added.

The state should go through the matter seriously by keeping under student’s interest and to punish Sahidur under law, said Ajidur. He sought cooperation from other civil society organisations to get justice.
