Imphal, Oct 15 : The Churachandpur District Contractors’ Association (CDCA) petitions the concerned Authority/Deptt, Govt. of Manipur vis-a-vis the rationale/justifications on the non-releasing of SPA/SCA Fund, 2011-2012, while all the works under the aforesaid scheme/fund had been completed in the year, 2011. CDCA strongly appealed the concerned Authority to release the aforesaid Fund within the month of October, 2012.
CDCA appeals to all the aggrieved Contractors of Manipur to contact the Association {CDCA), and extend help and support in its fight against the apathetic attitude of the government said a press hand out issued by Paukholal Haokip, Genera) Secretary.
