IMPHAL, December 24: A 28-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself inside the bathroom of her house yesterday evening at around 6:30 at Athokpam Khunou under Thoubal police station. The deceased has been identified as Tongbram Surjabala, 28, daughter of T Rajen. Thoubal police has registered a case in regard to the incident. The dead body was handed over to the family after a post mortem was conducted at JNIMS.
