IMPHAL, Feb 4: A spot painting competition of school children of class VI to VIII standard was held today as a part of the five day book fair held at Shamurou organized by Mayai Lambi Integrated Development Organization and National Book Trust India, said a release of the organizing committee.
Yumnam Rahul of Wangkhei High School, L Roshan of Regular English School, Kwakeithel and Ksh Gopinath of Bhaktivedanta Institute Mission Higher Secondary School, Sangaiprou bagged the first, second and third prize respectively.
A programme of meet the artists will be held tomorrow on the 4rd day of the book fair, added the release.
