IMPHAL, May 25: “LIKLAM”, a monthly journal was formally released by W Rajen, Director IPR in a simple function held at the Manipur Press club today.
The function was also attended by W Shyamjai President of All Manipur Working Journalist Union (AMWJU) and S Jugol Editor Meeyam as dais members.
Speaking at the function, W Rajen said that the name LIKLAM is symbolic and noted that publishing a journal whether a weekly or a monthly is not an easy task and for anyone who are in the line of journalism as the circulation is very low in the state. He also made the point that those who are working in the field of journalism need to do their work with full dedication and spirit of sacrifice for bringing changes to our society.
