IMPHAL, April 22: The Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has said in a press release that the outfit will boycott the proposed visit of the President of India to the state capital condemning the non-provision of the PDS items to the people.
A statement said the outfit has called an all-Manipur general-strike on the day.
