In order to create mass awareness on nature conservation and environmental education in the state, North East Centre for Environmental Education and Research (NECEER), Imphal is going to organize 1st State Level Nature Photography Contest entitled “Manipur Nature Photography Contest (MNPC 2013)” on 24th March (Sunday) 2013 at Lamyanba Pakhang Complex, Palace Compound, Imphal.
